Want pru as a democratic clan - every one votes for most things (even for every new member joining pru - if you want that or not)

the problem is that many of our members ( i mean the "full prus") are not active on the website here, so we all (the prus that are active on the website) will have to tell them to visit this site more often. otherwise it won't be a real democracy.
